Luigi joined the firm as a Field Support Agent in 2008 and has since gained exposure supporting end-users and their systems. He now holds the post of Senior Systems Engineer and is tasked with maintaining a pro-active view of clients’ systems, ensuring symptoms are recognized early and corrective action is taken in good time and within the agreed service levels. He is also responsible for routine on-site checks, scanning system logs and making sure all processes are behaving as expected.
Our ‘on-site’ routine system checks and remote monitoring ensure that unexpected call-outs are kept to the bare minimum.
Luigi graduated with a first-class honours degree in Information Technology & Networking from Middlesex University. He furthered his specialisation in Cyber Security by successfully reading for a GCHQ-certified Masters degree in Information Security from Royal Holloway University of London. His thesis study focussed on Steganography in EXT file systems. Luigi is a full member of the Institute for Electrical and Electronics Engineers and an associate member of BCS – The Chartered Institute for IT.
