Luigi joined Integris in 2008 as a Field Support Agent and has since developed extensive experience supporting users, systems and business-critical infrastructure across a broad range of client environments.

Over the course of his career with Integris, he has progressed to the role of Senior Systems Engineer, combining hands-on technical expertise with a disciplined approach to proactive monitoring, diagnostics and incident prevention.

His responsibilities include reviewing system logs, assessing infrastructure health, carrying out routine on-site checks and ensuring that systems, services and supporting processes continue to operate as expected. Through early symptom recognition and timely corrective action, Luigi plays a central role in reducing avoidable downtime and maintaining service continuity for clients.

Luigi graduated from Middlesex University with a first-class honours degree in Information Technology and Networking. He later specialised in cybersecurity by completing a GCHQ-certified MSc in Information Security at Royal Holloway, University of London. His thesis examined steganography within EXT file systems.

Alongside his role at Integris, Luigi contributes to higher education as a lecturer in cybersecurity and as a supervisor for undergraduate and master’s research in computer science. This academic involvement complements his professional practice and reflects his commitment to developing technical capability within the wider field.
