As Marketing Manager, Janine is responsible for shaping how Integris communicates its capabilities, values and business proposition to existing clients, prospective customers and the wider market.
Her role encompasses brand development, digital marketing, social media, campaign planning, public relations, events and the introduction of new products and services. Working closely with the company’s leadership and technical teams, she translates complex technology and cybersecurity topics into clear, relevant and engaging messages.
Janine also helps ensure that Integris’ communications remain aligned with its three core pillars of Managed IT, Cybersecurity and Intelligence, while maintaining a consistent and approachable brand across digital, print and in-person channels.
“Our role is to help organisations understand that well-managed technology is not simply an operational necessity—it is what allows their people to remain secure, productive and focused on moving the business forward.”
Janine brings a creative, energetic and commercially aware approach to the promotion and continued development of the Integris brand.
Her background in psychology provides valuable insight into how people interpret information, make decisions and respond to different forms of communication. She applies this understanding to the development of marketing campaigns and content that speak clearly to the real concerns faced by business owners and decision-makers.
At Integris, Janine is responsible for strengthening awareness of the company’s services and communicating their value in ways that are accessible to both technical and non-technical audiences. Her work helps prospective clients understand how technology disruption, cybersecurity risks and poorly managed digital services can distract organisations from their primary business objectives.
She coordinates the company’s presence across social media and other digital channels, develops content for the website and wider campaigns, and supports the preparation of press releases, promotional materials and client communications. She is also involved in organising events and planning the introduction of new services and technology offerings to the market.
Janine works closely with Integris’ technical personnel to turn specialist knowledge into meaningful business messages. This collaboration ensures that marketing communications remain accurate and credible while focusing on the outcomes that matter most to clients: productivity, resilience, security and sustainable growth.
Her MSc in Sustainable Entrepreneurship further supports her contribution to the company’s development. It enables her to consider marketing and growth within a broader strategic context, including long-term value creation, responsible business practices and the importance of building enduring relationships with clients and partners.
Through a combination of creativity, audience insight and strategic thinking, Janine plays an important role in connecting Integris with organisations that can benefit from a more coordinated approach to Managed IT, Cybersecurity and Intelligence.
