As Administration and HR Lead, Bernadette oversees the administrative and people-focused functions that support the effective day-to-day operation of Integris.
Her role encompasses office administration, human resources, recruitment, employee coordination and the continued development of internal procedures. She works closely with the company’s leadership and technical team to ensure that the organisation has the appropriate people, structures and administrative support required to deliver consistently high standards of client service.
Bernadette also plays an important role in maintaining positive client relationships and supporting the company’s continued development. Her experience enables her to balance organisational requirements with the needs of employees, clients and the wider business.

Bernadette brings more than 20 years of experience across education, leadership, management and administration to her role at Integris.
Her professional background in education has provided her with extensive experience in communication, organisation, staff development and the management of people within structured and demanding environments. These capabilities have transferred naturally into her work in human resources and business administration.
At Integris, Bernadette is responsible for coordinating the administrative procedures that enable the technical team to operate efficiently and remain focused on client delivery. She helps maintain internal organisation, supports workforce planning and ensures that important operational and personnel-related processes are managed consistently.
Her contribution extends beyond traditional administration. Bernadette plays a central role in recruitment and talent selection, helping the company identify individuals who possess not only the necessary qualifications and technical capability, but also the attitude, professionalism and interpersonal qualities required to succeed within the Integris team.
She is equally committed to creating a positive and supportive working environment in which employees can develop, collaborate and perform effectively. Her understanding of learning and professional development supports the company’s emphasis on continuous improvement and helps align individual growth with wider organisational objectives.
Bernadette also contributes to the company’s growth strategy by helping ensure that its administrative capacity, internal procedures and workforce develop in step with the business. She is a graduate in education from the University of Malta, holds a Bachelor of Education with honours, a Master of Arts in Leadership, and is the holder of a recognised Teacher’s Warrant.
