Stephen J. Hall – Founder and Technical Lead
In his long and successful career Stephen has amassed over 25 years worth of experience in supporting corporate IT systems. Stephen established himself in the provision of Managed IT Services in 2004 and has built a reputation for high quality service delivery. Stephen is passionate about maximizing clients’ productivity, and is constantly researching new ways of identifying symptoms as early as technically possible, converting unexpected down-time into scheduled routine procedures. Stephen’s vision for the company is steady growth without compromising on deliverable quality.
Stephen holds a Masters degree in Business Information Systems Management and graduated with honors in Computing and Information Systems. He is a member of the IEEE – The Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers and IET – The Institute of Engineering and Technology.
Bernadette Hall – Administration & HR Manager
Bernadette manages the administration and human resources of the firm. Her role is central to the administration of company procedures and personnel.
Bernadette’s background in education has made her invaluable to identifying and selecting the right resources, skills and talent to drive the company forward. Bernadette is a graduate from the University of Malta.
Luigi Mallia – System Administrator
Luigi joined the firm as a Field Support Agent in 2008. He has since gained exposure supporting end-users and their systems and now holds the post of Systems Administrator. He is tasked with maintaining a pro-active view of clients’ systems, ensuring that symptoms are recognised early and corrective action is taken in good time and within the agreed service levels. He is also responsible for routine on-site checks, scanning system logs and making sure that all processes are behaving as expected.
Luigi graduated with a first class honors degree in Information Technology & Networking from Middlesex University and is currently reading for a Masters degree in Information Security with University of London. He is a full member of the Institute for Electrical and Electronic Engineers and an associate member of BCS – The Chartered Institute for IT.
Jeremy Cassar – Field Support Agent
Jeremy is responsible for the resolution of user support issues. His responsibilities include, 1st level user support, installation of operating systems and applications, configuration of hardware and network testing. He is very talented and passionate about IT Support and is currently furthering his academic studies in the field.
Liz Ayling – Web Design & Content
Liz joined the Integris team in mid 2015 but is no newcomer to web design and content architecture having worked in the field since the dotcom boom and bust year 2000. With a background in journalism, editorial, content creation and also the technical side of websites, Liz straddles technology and the user, front-end experience of web design. Liz has a degree in languages and politics (Bath, UK), a post-grad in journalism (City, London) and a Masters with distinction in Digital Media (Sussex). In her free time, she runs several blogs including a destination site on Malta, a food blog and another aimed at helping freelancers, creatives & bloggers learn the business and technical side of blogging.
